Funding Academy & Funding Fixed — Effective upon purchase
By purchasing access to Funding Academy products, memberships, workshops, or services, you agree to the following terms.
Educational Purpose
All Funding Academy content, materials, and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Participation in the Academy, its workshops, courses, or consulting services does not constitute legal, financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice.
No Guarantee of Results
Funding Academy and Funding Fixed do not guarantee business outcomes, funding approvals, investment opportunities, or financial results. Individual results depend on many factors including the participant's effort, experience, and market conditions.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions including Course Library access and Academy memberships are billed according to the pricing plan selected at checkout and will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
Workshops & Consulting
Workshop purchases and consulting engagements are considered professional services. Once scheduled, workshops are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted with reasonable notice subject to availability.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, frameworks, and documents are the intellectual property of Funding Fixed and Funding Academy. Materials are licensed for personal or internal business use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
Content Updates
Funding Academy reserves the right to update program materials and course content as the program evolves.
